    Laminated MDF (Melamine & Veneer)

Pre-laminated MDF, available as single-face or double-face Melamine and Wood Veneer finished panels supplied in architectural decor ranges. The finished-surface MDF used by furniture manufacturers, joineries and fit-out contractors that want a press-ready panel.

    Overview

    Technical overview.

Laminated MDF is a factory-finished panel: a raw or HMR MDF core that has been hot-pressed with a decorative melamine paper or natural wood veneer. Supplied in a wide range of solid colours, wood-grain decors and architectural finishes, it is the standard surface-ready panel for furniture manufacturers, hospitality joineries and fit-out contractors.

Laminated MDF panels are produced by hot-pressing a decorative impregnated paper (Melamine MDF) or a natural sliced wood veneer (Veneer MDF) directly onto an MDF core under heat and pressure. The result is a balanced, scratch-resistant, ready-to-use panel that eliminates the on-site lamination step and delivers consistent factory finish quality.
