PPGI sheet is the architectural-grade finished product of the GI division: a paint-coated, RAL-specified panel cut or roll-formed to project requirement for roofing, cladding and facade applications.
A PPGI sheet is a pre-painted galvanized steel sheet, either supplied flat, cut-to-length from PPGI coil, or roll-formed into a corrugated, trapezoidal or standing-seam profile. Paint chemistry, gloss and RAL colour are specified per project; substrate zinc coating is specified for the exposure environment.

Substrate zinc coating.
PPGI is built on a galvanized substrate; the zinc layer beneath the paint determines cut-edge corrosion life and back-side performance.
