    Superform Heavy-Duty Plywood

Heavy-duty Korindo formwork for extreme reuse cycles

Superform is Korindo's heavy-duty film faced shuttering panel, engineered for repetitive formwork systems, system-wall frames and high-cycle precast applications where standard film faced plywood cannot keep pace. A denser hardwood core, heavier 220+ g/m² film and reinforced edge sealing combine to deliver extended service life on demanding sites.

    Manufacturing quality

Superform panels are pressed from dense tropical hardwood veneers selected for higher density and tighter grain, then overlaid with heavier 220 g/m² black phenolic film and double-sealed at the edges. The result is a panel optimised for maximum repeat-pour cycles and dimensional stability under heavy loads.

    Typical usage

Specified for steel-framed system formwork (Doka, Peri, MEVA compatible), precast yards, infrastructure tunnel liners and repetitive housing programmes where panel turnaround per cycle drives project economics.

    Performance characteristics

With proper handling, Superform routinely delivers 15 – 20 pours per panel. The dense core resists impact damage from embedded steel and vibration, while the heavy phenolic film maintains a fair-faced concrete finish across the service life of the panel.

    Advantages

    Why specify Superform Heavy-Duty Plywood.

    Heavy-duty reuse cycles

15 – 20 pours per panel in demanding system-formwork and precast applications, lowering panel cost per m² of concrete.

    Dense impact-resistant core

High-density hardwood veneers absorb embedded-steel impact and vibration without crushing.

    Reinforced edge sealing

Factory double-sealed edges resist water ingress through repeated stripping cycles.

    Premium fair-faced finish

Heavy 220 g/m² phenolic film maintains architectural concrete quality over the full panel life.

    System formwork ready

Sized to drop into Doka, Peri, MEVA and other modular steel frame systems.

    Climate engineered

Stable from −40 °C to +60 °C, suited to GCC summer and night-shift pours alike.
