    Ayous (also called Obeche, Wawa or Samba) is a lightweight, pale creamy hardwood with straight grain and uniform texture. Easy to work and stable - widely used for interior joinery, mouldings, sauna construction and core stock for veneered panels.

    A versatile light hardwood

    Ayous combines low density (around 380 kg/m³) with good stability and a uniform creamy-white colour. It is widely used for paint-grade interior joinery, mouldings, sauna interiors (it remains cool to the touch) and as core stock for veneered panels.
