What types of insulation boards do you supply?
We supply rigid mineral wool (stone wool / rock wool), glass wool, PIR (polyisocyanurate), XPS (extruded polystyrene) and EPS (expanded polystyrene) boards in densities, facings and fire ratings tailored to the application.
Which insulation is best for the GCC climate?
For roofs and external walls, high-density mineral wool and PIR are the regional default, they combine fire performance with strong thermal control through extreme summer heat. XPS is preferred for below-grade and inverted-roof applications where moisture exposure is high.
Are your insulation boards Estidama / LEED compliant?
Yes. Most ranges carry recycled content, environmental product declarations (EPDs) and fire / VOC certifications suitable for Estidama Pearl, LEED, GSAS and similar regional sustainability assessments.
What thicknesses are available?
Insulation boards are supplied in 25, 50, 75, 100, 125 and 150 mm thicknesses, with custom thicknesses on request depending on type and density.
Can you supply both thermal and acoustic insulation?
Yes. Most mineral wool products serve dual thermal-acoustic roles. For specialised acoustic-only applications (impact underlay, plant-room treatment), we supply dedicated acoustic boards and resilient layers.
What fire ratings are available?
Mineral wool boards are typically A1 non-combustible (Euroclass A1, BS 476 Class 0). PIR boards are typically B-s1,d0 with foil facings. Bespoke facade-rated assemblies (post-Grenfell A2-s1,d0 systems) are available on request.
Do you supply insulation for cold storage and cleanrooms?
Yes. PIR and EPS sandwich-panel cores, alongside dedicated cold-room insulation boards, are supplied for cold storage, food processing, pharma and cleanroom applications across the UAE and KSA.
