Brass billets for extrusion, forging & machining.
Continuous-cast brass billets sized to your press or forging line. CW614N, CW617N, DZR and lead-free grades are available, with full EN 10204 3.1 chemistry traceability.
Three billet programmes.
Extrusion Billets
Round brass billets cut and chamfered for rod, profile and tube extrusion presses.
Forging Billets
Pre-cut brass forging stock for valve, fitting and plumbing forging plants.
Machining Billets
Large-diameter brass billets for one-off machined components and tooling.

Where billets ship.
Production & consistency.
Billet production
Cast on continuous casting lines, homogenised, peeled where required and length-cut to customer drawing.
Material consistency
Continuous casting delivers uniform grain structure across the full billet length, critical for predictable extrusion and forging.
Chemical composition
Full chemistry control to EN 1652 / EN 12420 with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate per heat.
Inclusion control
Low slag and inclusion levels from clean-melt practice, improving yield and downstream machining performance.
