Cold-rolled threaded tie rods (Dywidag-pattern) for wall formwork tie systems. Standard Ø15 / 17 / 20 mm with coarse thread for fast erection. Supplied raw or galvanized, cut to project lengths.
Cast steel wing nuts (water-stop pattern) matched to Ø15 / 17 mm tie rods. Two-arm design for hand-tightening against waler plates. Supplied galvanized or raw.
Welded steel base plates (150 × 150 mm × 5 mm typical) for scaffold standard load distribution onto sole boards or concrete. Centre nipple welded to receive 48.3 mm scaffold tube.
Adjustable shuttering clamps (Push-Pull props and column clamps) for wall and column formwork alignment, plumbing and bracing. Supplied raw or galvanized.
Drop-forged or pressed-steel swivel couplers (EN 74) for joining scaffold tubes at any angle. Class A & B grades available with hot-dip galvanized finish.
PVC and cementitious concrete spacers/chairs for maintaining concrete cover over embedded steel bars. Wheel spacers (25 – 75 mm), chair spacers and bar chairs in full size range.
Cuplock vertical standards (uprights) with welded top and bottom cups at 500 mm centres for horizontal and brace connection. Lengths 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 m, hot-dip galvanized.
Adjustable U-head top fitting for adjustable props and shoring towers. Forked U-channel receives primary beam (H20 or steel) with threaded adjustment collar. Hot-dip galvanized.
Adjustable base jack with welded base plate and threaded collar for fine height adjustment at scaffold and shoring tower bases. Hot-dip galvanized, 600 mm typical adjustment.
Drop-forged 90° fixed (right-angle) double couplers (EN 74) for perpendicular scaffold tube connection. Class A & B grades, hot-dip galvanized. These are the load-bearing connection in tube-and-coupler scaffolds.
Welded BRC steel mesh, hot-dip or electro-galvanized. Standard 6 × 2.4 m or 5 × 2 m sheets in A98 / A142 / A193 / A252 / A393 grades to BS 4483 / DIN 488.
